We moved on today. We were going to go through Asheville, but they
have snow and ice, so we altered our route south through Georgia. We had a long driving day – 7 hours – to Fort
Yargo St Pk just outside of Gainesville, GA.
This is probably a one-night stop, as we would like to get on to
Townsend, TN where we are meeting some friends on Friday. We’ve been playing this whole week by ear due
to weather. This is a nice
campground. I had a very hot shower
tonight. If it is hot, it is good. We plan to come back to a GA State Park, but maybe one a little more in the mountains.
