We slept in a little, till
it stopped raining. Then we hitched up
and headed southwest to Baton Rouge. We
arrived around 3:00 at our friends’ house.
This is a friend Brad has made through gun collecting. They have visited gun shows and civil war
shows together, and are often helping each other find the next best deal! George has stayed with us before, but now we
are getting to stay with him and meet his sweet wife, Myra. And they have a beautiful dog, Monkey, who
the girls have fallen instantly in love with.
We are thankful for more friends.
